“A Box Full of Cycling Fun” – An inspiring staff initiative around health and fun

How do you combine fun, health, and engagement into one original staff initiative? With our “Box Full of Cycling Fun”, we created an action that puts the bicycle at the center and motivates employees in a unique way.

The concept

The goodie box is an inspiring Easter gift that focuses on themes like sustainability, vitality, and safety. Each box contains carefully selected items that encourage employees to cycle more while enhancing a safe and enjoyable cycling experience.

What’s inside the box?

Each goodie box includes:

• A healthy energy bar for a responsible energy boost.
• A Qallo energy drink, sugar-free and made from natural fruit and plant extracts.
• A set of front and rear bike lights for safe and visible cycling.
• A fluorescent armband to increase visibility in traffic.
• Reflective stickers for bike wheels to stand out on the road.
• A practical keychain, always handy.
• A miniature cyclist figurine, with a twist: one of the figurines is a world champion version. The lucky finder wins a Select sports bag filled with fun sports items such as a boomerang, socks, a bounce ball, a water bottle, and wristbands (worth €70).

Companies can also choose to include multiple world champion figurines in the boxes, allowing for additional prizes like more sports bags or custom rewards.
